Received a faulty item? 

We're really sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that you've received a faulty item, please get in touch by email to easily get this sorted for you. 

Need to return something? 

Let’s face it; returns can be a bit of a nuisance. You’ve ordered something, and now you’ve got to send it back. Yawn……….. But don’t panic, here at Crown Inks we’ve worked hard to ensure this process is as seamless as possible.

Crown Inks Returns & Refund Policy 

  • Something not right? No problem. Let us know and we’ll get it straightened out for you.
  • Item(s) must be unused. You know what we mean guys; keep it out of your printer! Used cartridges & opened bottles of ink are of no use to you or us! L-oo-K Once bottles of ink have been opened they cannot be posted back due to leakage. 
  • All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
  • You have 14 days from the date you received your items to make a return.

REFUNDS are made within 14 days of receiving a return. Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!

All returns must be brought to our attention by using the BLUE contact us button to obtain a RMA number and the return address. This is to ensure the returns process is as speedy and simple as possible.
